Taapsee Pannu, Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Dobaaraa’ to release on August 19

Actress Taapsee Pannu’s most-awaited film ‘Dobaaraa’ has finally got a release date. Directed by Anurag Kashyap the film will hit the theatres on August 19. However, before its theatrical release, the film, ‘Dobaaraa’, will be screened at the London Indian Film Festival on June 23.

Film trade analyst Taran Adarshya confirmed the release date of the film and wrote, “TAAPSEE – ANURAG KASHYAP: ‘DOBAARAA’ RELEASE DATE FINALISED… #DoBaaraa – which reunites #TaapseePannu and director #AnuragKashyap – to release on 19 Aug 2022… Costars #PavailGulati… Produced by #ShobhaKapoor, #EktaKapoor, #SunirKheterpal and #GauravBose (sic).”

For the unversed, Anurag Kashyap’s directorial venture, ‘Dobaaraa’, is the official Hindi adaption of Oriol Paulo’s 2018 Spanish-language film Mirage. It has been jointly produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Cult Movies and Sunir Khetarpal’s ATHENA.
