YouTube Is Adding Additional Filters To Short Comments For Creators
YouTube is bringing new comment filters to narrow down the search for specific comments.
Comments are essential for both the creators and the viewers to interact with each other. Since the comment option has been added to YouTube, it has changed a lot.
For creators, who get thousands or even more comments on their videos, it is very hard for them to some specific comments from a specific genre of commenters.
Now YouTube brings options to narrow down the search for perfect comments. The new comment filters can be used through YouTube Studio mobile app. The filters have been added. Creators now can filter the comments by “Contain Questions,” Subscriber status,” “Channel member status,” and “Subscriber count.”
If someone asked any question in the comment section, you could short it through Contain question filter. Subscriber status filter lets you know whether the commentator has at least one thousand subscribers, 10k, 100k, or even more. Creators can also filter comments whether the commentator is a subscriber to his channel or joined as a member.
According to YouTube, they are bringing this feature after receiving positive comments from the creators, and these new updates will soon roll out to more channels.
