The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has finally launched its latest 11 series 5G smartphone Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G in India. The smartphone succeeds the Mi 11 Lite 4G variant which was launched earlier this year. It has a similar design and feel to it but comes with 5G support and a new chipset. This is also the first Xiaomi smartphone to come with new branding in the country. Earlier Xiaomi was launching smartphones under the Mi branding but, now is using Xiaomi name for all phones. Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G price in India starts at Rs 26,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant starts at Rs 28,9990. The phone comes in Diamond Dazzle, Tuscany Coral, Vinyl Black, and Jazz Blue colors. It will be available via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, Amazon India, etc. It will be on sale during the Diwali with Mi sale and the Amazon Great Indian Festival. The first sale is on October 2 at 12 am (midnight).

The phone features a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a (1080 x 2400) resolution. It has a hole-punch cutout on the top left corner. The 10-bit screen also supports a 90Hz refresh rate and comes with features like Dolby Vision, HDR10+ certification, etc. The new Xiaomi smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
