The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is soon going to launch a new variant Vivo Y91i in India. It will comes with a full-screen display with a waterdrop notch.
Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom on Thursday posted on a tweet. The Vivo Y91i is coming to India with a full screen display and a price tag of Rs. 7,990. As per the tweet, the device has comes with a tagline which is ‘bigger battery, more fun.’ Soon after launching the Vivo V15 Pro in India, the company has now starting to launch another smartphone under the budget. Design and display of the phone
The Vivo Y91i has 6.22-inch HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) IPS full-screen display. Moreover,the device has almost bezel-less design and a waterdrop notch on top. The screen of the phone does not come with any protection layer, which means that users will have to spend extra money to get a screen protector to shield it against drops and scratches. The Glass back panel with gradient design it also gives a premium outlook.
The camera of Vivo Y91i
The Vivo Y91i has a dual rear camera setup a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor along with f/2.2 and f/2.4 lenses. On the front side, it also has a 8-megapixel selfie camera along with an f/1.8 lens. The camera function includes AI beautification and face unlock feature.
The performance and storage capacity
The device has powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P 22 SoC processor. And it also runs on Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The mobile also inbuilt with two variant options 16GB and 32GB and coupled with 2GB of RAM. Besides that, the users can expand the phone memory through the microSD card.

The Vivo Y91i has a 4,030 mAh battery, and its measures are 155.11 x 75.09 x 8.28mm. Connectivity options include on the phone are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and also a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the back side, it also includes a fingerprint sensor.
The pricing and availability of Vivo Y91i
The base variant offering 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory will be priced at Rs. 7,990. And the another variant offering 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage costs Rs. 8,490. The device has already launched in both Malaysia and Thailand. But now there is no confirm report for the availability of Vivo Y91i in India. We hope it will come to the Indian market very soon.
