Vivo Y53s NFC launched in Indonesia with MediaTek Helio G80 SoC

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has launched its latest smartphone called Vivo Y53s NFC in Indonesia. The Chinese company launched the Vivo Y53s model in Vietnam earlier this month but that model did not have NFC support. Vivo Y53s NFC offers a triple rear camera setup and MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. The phone comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging.

Apart from the NFC functionality support, the new device reportedly has the same specifications as the old smartphone model, as per its listing.

The phone features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) display with P3 color gamut coverage. It runs FuntouchOS likely based on Android 11.

It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, along with 8GB + 3GB extended RAM. The device comes with 128GB of storage that can be expanded up to 1TB through a microSD card.

For photography, Vivo has given a triple rear camera setup on that phone, that houses a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone also has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter at the front for selfies and video calls.

In terms of battery, Vivo Y53s NFC packs a 5,000mAh battery that has 33W fast charging support.

For connectivity, it includes 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. In addition, it also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.

Vivo Y53s NFC price set in Indonesia at IDR 3,699,000 (approx Rs 19,000) for the single 8GB + 128GB storage model. The device is up for pre-orders starting today. The phone is already listed on JD.com for pre-orders till July 27. The phone will be available in two color options – Deep Sea Blue and Fantastic Rainbow.
