Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is officially launched in South Korea on Tuesday. The smartphone comes with a Qualcomm snapdragon 855 SoC processor.

According to the report of South Korean news agency Yonhap, it is the companies first A-series device to support 5G and Samsung’s desktop interface DeX. The new Samsung DeX feature will allow the users to connect their phone to a PC monitor or TV. This system will enable users to extend their phone experience to the big screen. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G sports edge-to-edge waterdrop Infinity-U display. As well as, on the back, it has gradient finish on the top half and while the rest of the panel has a dull color. The new smartphone features a 6.7-inch full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixel) Super AMOLED display. It runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI on top. The galaxy A90 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor and coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. The device has 128GB inbuilt storage, and users can expand the memory up to 512Gb through MicroSD card. It also comes with ‘Game Booster’ for enhanced gaming performance.

For the camera specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G has a triple-camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. There is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture present on the front as well. The phone also packs with a 4,500mAh battery that will be support for 25W fast charging.

The price and availability of the phone

Samsung Galaxy A90 5G price has been set at 900,000 won (Rs 53,000 approx) in South Korea. The smartphone will be available for sale starting September 4. As well as the company said the Galaxy A90 5G will be available for global markets very soon.
