Vivo X50e 5G Launched With Snapdragon 765G SoC

Chinese smartphone company Vivo has launched its another mid-range 5G smartphone Vivo X50e 5G in Taiwan.

This new 5G smartphone joins the company’s X50 series of phones that includes the Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro, both handsets are available for purchase in India.

The key highlights of Vivo X50e 5G are the quad the quad-rear camera setup, Snapdragon chipset, in-display fingerprint scanner, and more among others handset.

Vivo X50e 5G Specifications and features

The new handset features a 6.44-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop style notch. it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G Soc processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expandable via microSD card. The Vivo X50e 5G runs on Funtouch OS 10, based on Android 10.

In terms of the camera department, the smartphone offers a quad rear camera with the combination of a 48 megapixels main camera with f/1.79 aperture, 13 megapixels telephoto lens with f/2.46 aperture, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, as well as a 2 megapixels macro lens, along with an LED flash. The cameras are placed inside a diamond-shaped module. At the front, the Vivo X50e offers a 32MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.

Under the hood, Vivo X50e 5G is fuelled by a 4,350mAh non-removable battery with 33W fast-charging support. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack and NFC connectivity support. Besides, the smartphone also features an in-display fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking.

Vivo X50e 5G price

The Vivo X50e 5G is listed on the company’s Taiwan website at TWD 13,900 (Approx Rs. 35,600) for 8GB + 128GB storage option. The phone will be available in two color options, including Night (Black) and Water Mirror (White). However, there is no information on whether the smartphone will make its way to India.
