Pratik Gandhi start shooting for ‘Dedh Bigha Zameen’ with Hansal Mehta

Actor Pratik Gandhi’s upcoming family drama “Dedh Bigha Zameen” goes on floors on Wednesday in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

The film is backed by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Shaailesh R Singh, and filmmaker Hansal Mehta, who had directed Gandhi in his breakout series “Scam 1992”.

After knowing the news, now fans are super excited for ‘Dedh Bigha Zameen’ and they make it trending on Twitter with #DedhBighaZameen.

Hansal, who is backing Dedh Bigha Zameen, took to Twitter to reveal that Pratik and the team have started shooting for the film. He wrote, “Some of my favourite people are on a mission! Presenting the first look poster of #DedhBighaZameen. Shoot commences today in Jhansi (sic).”

Set in the small town of Uttar Pradesh, the family drama follows the story of a “dignified struggle of a common man” to win his land back. The family drama has written and directed by Pulkit. ‘Dedh Bigha Zameen’ also stars Khushali Kumar, who recently finished shooting for her debut film, a psychological thriller, alongside R Madhavan and Aparshakti Khurana.
