Samantha’s first look poster out from Shaakuntalam

The makers have unveiled the first look of Samantha from her much anticipated upcoming mythological film ‘Shaakuntalam'.

In this poster, Samantha looks ethereal in a white ensemble adorned with red flowers. She can be seen surrounded by a bunch of deer and a peacock.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer mythological drama ‘Shaakuntalam' which is written and directed by Gunasekhar and produced by Neelima Guna. The film is based on a popular Indian play titled Shakuntala, written by Kalidasa. While Samantha plays the role of Shakuntala, Dev Mohan will be seen as King Dushyant. The film also has Aditi Balan and Mohan Babu in supporting roles. The movie is jointly bankrolled by the banners of Gunaa Teamworks and Sri Venkateswara Creations.
