POCO M3 Pro 5G India launch set for June 8: Know price and specifications

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO is all set to launch its POCO M3 Pro 5G smartphone in India on June 8. It is an upgraded version of POCO M3, which was launched in February this year. POCO M3 Pro 5G will be made available on Flipkart. The company claims that POCO M3 Pro 5G will be the first 5G phone in the company’s India portfolio.

The phone features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) hole-punch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it has 128GB of onboard storage.

Coming to the camera features, the POCO M3 Pro 5G comes with a triple rear camera set up which includes a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For clicking beautiful selfies and video calling, there’s an 8-megapixel front camera.
In terms of battery, the phone is fuelled by a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charge technology. Connectivity options include dual-SIM slots, 5G, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports AI face unlock as well.
POCO M3 Pro 5G Price in India (Expected):
POCO M3 Pro 5G has launched in globally with a price tag of EUR 159 (roughly Rs. 14,100) for the base 4GB + 64GB storage variant and EUR 179 (roughly Rs. 15,900) for the 6GB + 128GB variant. Globally, the smartphone was launched in Cool Blue, Power Black, and POCO Yellow color options. We hope, the phone may be launch with the same price tag in the Indian market and the same color options.
