Karan Khandelwal Hoped They Could Continue Shooting In Silvassa

Mumbai: Shooting for daily soaps in the current scenario is pretty challenging, however the production houses and the actors are determined to keep the show going and continue captivating their fans while following all safety protocols. The cast of the family drama Ranju Ki Betiyaan has resumed shooting in Mumbai and they are following all the protocols and precautions to try and keep the virus at bay.

Talking about it, Karan Khandelwal who plays Lucky in the show says, “After shooting in Mumbai had to be stalled, we moved into a bio bubble in Silvassa 50 days. It was the first time we experienced such a kind of shooting. We were all tested before we moved in hence, we were free to roam anywhere and it made our shoots easy and we also felt secure. There was no outside interaction at all, and all kinds of necessary precautions in place. As soon as we came to Mumbai, things went back to like it was earlier. We have to constantly sanitize our things, constantly wear our masks on set, maintain distance even when we are rehearsing for the scene and take all necessary precautions. Though I have vaccinated myself I still make sure I am careful and take all the precautions. I lowkey hoped we could continue in Silvassa (laughs) but I also feel blessed to be working day and night to entertain the audience. Shooting now than before seems very different but we still maintain all the safety guidelines.”

The last few months have been difficult for all. We are glad that the actors are taking all caution and entertaining the audience.
