Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar-starrer Prithviraj Trailer out, film to release on June 3
After much wait, the makers of Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar’s ‘Prithviraj’ have finally released the trailer of the film on Monday.
‘Prithviraj’ is directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, and it is a historical drama based on the life of warrior king Prithviraj Chauhan. The film also marks Manushi Chillar’s Bollywood debut who will play the role of Princess Sanyogita.
In ‘Prithviraj’, Akshay Kumar will be essaying the role of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan who fought valiantly against the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor.
The official Twitter handle of Yash Raj Films has shared the trailer of the film and wrote, “His sword knows nothing but victory. He is Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate Samrat #Prithviraj Chauhan with #YRF50 only at a theatre near you on 3rd June (sic).”

Apart from Akshay and Manushi, ‘Prithviraj’ will also star Sonu Sood and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the film is slated to release on 3rd June, 2022.
