Bobby Deol begins shooting for Kunal Kohli’s Shlok The Desi Sherlock

Bollywood filmmaker Kunal Kohli on Wednesday announced his next directorial film ‘Shlok The Desi Sherlock’. The film stars Bobby Deol and Ananya Birla in the leading roles. According to the report, Ananya Birla is going to make her acting debut with this film.

Ananya Birla is the daughter of Aditya Birla Group’s Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla and educationist and mental health activist Neerja Birla.

Taking to his official Twitter account, Kohli shared a photo of the script and said that he has started working on the film today.

“Starting my next film today. Need your love & blessings,” he wrote on the microblogging site.

Kunal made his directorial debut with ‘Mujhse Dosti Karoge’ in 2002. In the past, he had produced movies like ‘Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic’, ‘Break Ke Baad’ and ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ to name a few.

Kohli is also known for directing films like ‘Fanaa’ and ‘Hum Tum’.
