YRF unveils Ranbir Kapoor’s first look from ‘Shamshera’
On Monday, Yash Raj Films (YRF) unveiled the first look of Ranbir Kapoor from his much-anticipated movie ”Shamshera”. Directed by Karan Malhotra, the film also stars Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.
The film is set in the 1800s and chronicles the story of a dacoit tribe fighting for their right and independence from the British.
The official Twitter handle of Yash Raj Films has shared the first look of Ranbir Kapoor from ‘Shamshera’ and captioned it, “Introducing Shamshera – the fierce warrior & the saviour of his tribe. Experience it in @IMAX in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu. Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a theatre near you on 22nd July (sic).”

In the poster shared by YRF on their official Twitter handle, Ranbir can be seen as a fierce warrior, sporting a long mane and beard. The banner released the poster days after it was leaked online.
The movie is set to hit the theatres in IMAX on July 22. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
