Vivo Y50t launch in China with Snapdragon 720G SoC: Check price and specifications
To expand its Y-series lineup, Vivo has launched a new budget smartphone in China called Y50t. The new Vivo smartphone sports a hole-punch display at the top left corner of the screen. It also has a triple-camera setup on the back. The Vivo Y50t comes in a single storage configuration and two color options.

The new Vivo Y50t is priced at CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs. 16,300) for the sole 8GB + 128GB storage option. The phone is available in two color options – Secret Realm Black and Bihailan (Blue). Vivo Y50t is already available for purchase via the company site.

The Vivo Y50t features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.72 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. The internal storage is listed to be at 128GB. You can expand this built-in storage via a microSD card slot. It runs Android 10-based Origin OS 1.0 out of the box.
Coming to the camera section, the Vivo Y50t has a triple rear camera setup at the back. It consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. For selfies and video chats, the phone carries an 8-megapixel camera at the front.
In terms of battery, the phone is fueled by a decent 4,500mAh battery with the support of 18W fast charging. For biometric authentication, there is also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on that phone.
