Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has launched its latest Y-series handset called Vivo Y33s 5G on its home ground market. As per the report, the smartphone is the variant of the Vivo Y33s 4G handset which was launched in India last year. The Y33s 5G comes with a host of interesting features such as a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The budget-friendly 5G smartphone arrives in China as many as three storage options with 128GB storage as standard. The base model has 4GB of RAM and is priced at CNY 1299 (roughly Rs 15,500). There is also a 6GB RAM option with 128GB of internal storage. This model is priced at CNY 1399 (roughly Rs 16,500). The highest storage option has 8GB of RAM and also comes with 128GB of internal storage. The model is priced at CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs. 19,100).
As per the report, the Vivo handset comes in three color options – Black, Nebula Blue, and Snow Dawn.

The newly launched smartphone from Vivo features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a waterdrop-style notch. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, which is paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 12 OS with Origin OceanOS UI on top.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y33s 5G comes with a dual-camera setup, that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. At the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera has been spotted on this phone for selfies and video chats.
