Vivo Y30G launched with MediaTek Helio P65 SoC Processor

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo has launched a new budget-friendly smartphone called Vivo Y30G in China. The phone comes with a waterdrop-style display notch design and dual rear cameras. Other key highlights of Vivo Y30G include a 13-megapixel primary camera sensor, 128GB of onboard storage, and 18W Dual Engine fast charging technology.

Vivo Y30G specifications and features:

The phone features a 6.51-inch LCD HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P65 SoC processor, paired with 8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, Vivo Y30G has 128GB of onboard storage that supports expansion via microSD card (up to 1TB). It runs on Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0 layered on top.

Coming to the camera features, the Vivo Y30G comes with a dual rear camera set up that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats with an f/1.8 lens.

In terms of battery, the phone is fuelled by a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charge technology. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock as well.

Vivo Y30G price and availability:

Vivo Y30G price has been set at CNY 1,499 which translates to roughly ₹16,700 for the only one 8GB + 128GB storage variant. The phone comes in Aqua Blue, Dawn White, and Obsidian Black colors, and it is currently limited to China.
