Vivo V23 5G reportedly gets BIS certification, may launch soon in India
The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo may soon expand its V-series in India with the launch of the Vivo V23 5G. The handset has reportedly been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), as well as Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) certification websites. However, the specifications of Vivo V23 5G are not listed in either BIS or SIRIM certifications.
Some reports suggest that it could launch as early as this month or in January next year. The smartphone will succeed the Vivo V21 and is expected to be a mid-range phone.
In terms of features, the Vivo V23 will come with 5G connectivity and is said to ship with an upgraded processor and improved camera features compared to the predecessor Vivo V21 5G.To recall, the Vivo V21 5G was announced with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor and a 64MP triple camera system at the rear. It packs a 4,000mAh battery with 33W FlashCharge fast charging support.
