Vijay Sethupathi starrer Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal to release on April 28
Vijay Sethupathi’s much-awaited Tamil comedy film ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ is all set to release in April this year. The film also stars Nayanthara and Samantha in the lead roles. Director Vignesh Shivan took to social media to announce the film’s release date with a poster. ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ will release in theatres on April 28.
Sharing a new poster, director Vignesh Shivan wrote, “April 28th in theatres with the grand support of the best @RedGiantMovies_. Thank you @Udhaystalin sir. #KaathuVaakulaRenduKaadhal from 28th April (sic).”

Vijay Sethupathi plays a character called ‘RAMBO’ in the film. While Samantha plays a character called Khatija, Nayanthara plays a character called Kanmani in the film. Besides them, the film also stars Kala Master, Redin Kingsley, Sreeanth, Lollu Sabha Maaran, and Prabhu to play supporting roles.
The film is jointly produced by Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Productions.
