Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah’s first look from Jalsa unveiled, film to premiere on March 18
On Monday, (February 28) the makers of ‘Jalsa’ have unveiled the first look of Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah from the film. Directed by Suresh Triveni, the film will have a direct to digital release on Amazon Prime Video on March 18.
As per the report, in this film, Vidya Balan will be playing the role of a journalist while Shefali Shah plays a cook.
The official Twitter handle of Amazon Prime Video has shared the first look of ‘Jalsha’ stars and wrote, “this is exactly what the edge of your seat was made for #JalsaOnPrime releasing March 18 @vidya_balan @ShefaliShah_ #SureshTriveni @TSeries @Abundantia_Ent @vikramix @ShikhaaSharma03 #BhushanKumar (sic).”

Apart from Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah, the film also stars Manav Kaul, Rohini Hattangadi, Iqbal Khan, Vidhatri Bandi, Shrikant Mohan Yadav, Shafeen Patel, and Surya Kasibhatla.
The film ‘Jalsa’ is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar (T-Series), Vikram Malhotra, Shikhaa Sharma (Abundantia Entertainment), and Suresh Triveni.
