Veteran actor Mithilesh Chaturvedi passes away at 68
Veteran actor Mithilesh Chaturvedi passed away on August 4 in Mumbai after a cardiac arrest. He was 68. On Thursday morning, Mithilesh’s son-in-law Ashish Chaturvedi confirmed the news on social media.
“You were the best father in the world. You loved me not like a son-in-law but as your own son. May your soul rest in peace,” he wrote on his Facebook handle.
After learning about the death, netizens paid their heartfelt condolences.
Mithilesh Chaturvedi had been a part of several popular films, including ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, ‘Taal’, ‘Krrish’, ‘Asoka’, and ‘Ready’, among others.
He was also seen in the hit web series ‘Scam 1992’, in which he essayed the role of Ram Jethmalani.
His last film was ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ with Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana.
