Twitter soon to launch another new tool ‘Super Follows’

Twitter earlier this year showcased a new service, Super Follows, as part of its plans to ramp up its revenues from the platform. The new service allows Twitter users to charge their followers with exclusive and extra content – similar to other monetization services offered by other social networking platforms.

Ahead of its official rollout, app researchers, Jane Manchun Wong Revealing the look of this new paid feature of Twitter, the screenshot has been tweeted.

According to Wong, the new Super Followers feature will be limited to Twitter users who have at least 10,000 followers and who have posted 25 tweets within the last 30 days and are 18 years old. Wong also revealed a list of content categories that will be used by Super Follow’s users to choose from to describe their content. The list includes categories such as adult content, fans only, Facebook, Substack, Patreon, Twitch, and YouTube.

In another Monetization move, Twitter last week rolled out its first-ever subscription offering called Twitter Blue in Australia and Canada, which will give users a 30-second Undo Tweet option to erase any typo, which has been the biggest demand by its users for years.
