Twitter goes trending on #MadamChiefMinister, after unveiling the first look of the film
After unveiling the first look poster of Richa Chadha's political drama film ‘Madam Chief Minister'. Netizens have started to make it trending on Twitter with #MadamChiefMinister.
In the first look poster, Richa Chadha’s character, sporting bruises, is looking defiantly towards the camera while holding a broom in her hands. Manav Kaul and Saurabh Shukla’s characters can be seen on either side of Chadha.
Set in Uttar Pradesh, Madam Chief Minister is an inspiring story of a woman who breaks the shackles of patriarchy and all manner of obstacles put in her way to rise to the top of UP politics.
Sharing the first look poster, Richa Chadha wrote on Twitter: “Glad to present to you all, my new movie #MadamChiefMinister, a political drama about an ‘untouchable' who hustles and makes it big in life! Out in cinemas on January 22! Stay tuned!”

Regarding the film, Madam Chief Minister Sumit Kadel (Film Trade Analyst) has tweeted. He wrote, “After the humongous success of #Shakeela which released during Christmas 2020, Richa Chaddha is coming up with another film #MadamChiefMinister on Republic Day weekend 2021 .. expecting many records to be shattered.”

The film is written and directed by Subhash Kapoor, who is known for helming films like Jolly LLB and Phas Gaye Re Obama.
Madam Chief Minister releases in theatres on January 22, 2021.
