Twitter Blue users can now upload up to 60 minutes long videos
The microblogging social media platform Twitter is rolling out the ability to upload up to 60-minute-long videos for its Blue subscribers. The video should, however, be under 2GB in size.
The company has announced the update via its Twitter Community Page. The new update is aimed at making the platform video creators-friendly.
Earlier, Twitter Blue subscribers were able to upload 10-minute-long videos on the platform at 1080p resolution with a file size limit of 512MB.
However, Twitter mentioned that iOS and Android users can upload videos up to 10 minutes long, just like it was before.
The micro-blogging platform said that it will consider modifying the quality of the video for distribution.
Meanwhile, Twitter has also rolled out a View Count feature on its platform. Elon Musk announced the rollout of the feature via a tweet. As per Elon Musk’s tweet, the View Count for tweets will allow users to see how many times a tweet has been seen. The feature is currently available on the web, as well as the iOS and Android apps.
