Tamannaah Bhatia to make Malayalam debut opposite superstar Dileep

Tamannaah Bhatia has teamed up with Malayalam star Dileep for an upcoming film, directed by Arun Gopy. Tentatively titled D147, the film will mark the debut of Tamannaah in Mollywood. It is directed by Arun Gopy and bankrolled by Vinayaka Ajith. D147 is written by Udaykrishna. The film was officially launched today with a formal pooja ceremony.

The yet-to-be-titled film was launched grandly with a pooja ceremony at Maha Ganapati Temple in Kerala. While Tamannaah Bhatia looked beautiful in a beige saree with a floral hair bun, Dileep attended the event in a traditional lungi look. More details of the project will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tamannaah was last seen in the comedy-drama ‘F3’. It was directed by Anil Ravipudi and featured Ventakesh and Varun Tej. Now, she is awaiting the release of ‘Babli Bouncer’, her latest Hindi movie. It is directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on September 23. Tamannaah Bhatia also hinted at a special dance number with Chiranjeevi in Godfather. She is also paired opposite Riteish Deshmukh in Netflix movie Plan A Plan B.
