Sushmita Sen to essay role of a transgender in her upcoming biopic ‘Taali’
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen is all set to play transgender activist Gauri Sawant in her next movie titled ‘Taali’. On October 6, Sushmita took to her Instagram handle and shared the first look of her upcoming film ‘Taali’ where she plays transgender activist Gauri Sawant.

In the first look poster of ‘Taali’, Sushmita can be seen in a red-green saree with a big round maroon bindi on her forehead.
The biopic ‘Taali’ is written by Kshitij Patwardhan and directed by Ravi Jadhav. It is being produced by Kartk D Nishandar, Arjun Singgh Baran, and Afeefa Nadiadwala Sayed. The release date of the series has not been announced yet.
