RRR’s first song Dosti to be released on August 1, and to be sung by 5 singers

Finally, the makers of ‘RRR’ have announced that the first song from ‘RRR’, titled Dosti, will be out on August 1st, at 11 AM.

Titled Dosti, the song is composed by MM Keeravani and sung by Anirudh Ravichander, Amit Trivedi, Vijay Yesudas, Hema Chandra, and Yazin Nazir. These five singers have sung the song in five different languages – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. For every language, a different lyricist has been roped in to pen the lyrics.

A poster of music composer MM Keeravani posing with the five singers was also released.

The team, including Ram Charan and Jr NTR, took to social media to make the announcement and wrote, “The First Song from #RRRMovie on August 1st, 11 AM. An @mmkeeravaani Musical. (sic)”

The shoot of this song happened recently in a specially erected set in Hyderabad. The makers are planning to release the film on October 13.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR features Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead roles. Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, and Shriya Saran have played other important roles in the movie.
