Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G set to launch in India on January 5, confirmed company
The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has revealed the launch date of the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G in India. As announced by the company via Redmi India official Twitter handle, the handset will be unveiled in the country on January 5, 2023.

Additionally, Xiaomi has created a dedicated landing page on its India website to tease the arrival of the new Redmi Note series device. The listing, however, does not specify the exact launch time of the phone.
As per the webpage, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G will be equipped with a 200MP camera on the back. The smartphone will be 5G enabled.

Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G may feature a 6.67-inch Full HD OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is said to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G is expected to have a triple camera setup at the back that includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies and video chats, it would feature a 16-megapixel sensor at the front.
The device is said to house a 5,000mAh battery. It may offer up to 120-watt fast charging support.
