Redmi K50i 5G is set to launch in India on July 20: Check expected specifications
The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has confirmed that it will be launching a new K-series phone called Redmi K50i 5G in India on July 20. However, Xiaomi is yet to reveal the specifications for the upcoming Redmi K-series device. A new promotional image shared by the company suggests that the phone will sport a blue color and come with a triple camera setup on the back.

According to some leaked reports, the Redmi K50i 5G is said to come with a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display and 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone might be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor. The device will run on MIUI 13 out of the box, based on Android 12.

In terms of optics, the upcoming Redmi K-series device is said to offer a triple-rear camera setup including a 64MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies and video chats, it might offer a 16MP camera at the front. The phone is said to be backed by a 5080mAh battery unit and 67W fast charging support.
