Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi today has finally launched its latest budget-friendly smartphone Redmi 10A in India. The new Redmi phone is the successor to the Redmi 9A, which debuted in the country in 2020. The key highlights of the smartphone are a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC processor, 13MP AI primary camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Redmi 10A comes in India with 2 configurations options – 3GB RAM+32GB and 4GB+64GB. The 3GB RAM+32GB price starts at Rs. 8,499, while the 4GB+64GB variant will cost Rs. 9,499. The smartphone will be available in Charcoal Black, Sea Blue, and Slate Grey color options. The Redmi 10A will be available for purchase in the country through Amazon, and Mi.com from April 26.

The Redmi 10A sports a 6.53-inch HD+ IPS display with a waterdrop-style notch. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The phone runs on Android-based MIUI 12.5.

In terms of camera, the Redmi 10A comes with a single 13-megapixel camera at the back, with an LED flash. On the front, there is given a 5-megapixel camera on this phone for selfies and video calls.
