Realme extends warranty of its products till July 31
BBK-owned consumer technology brand Realme has extended warranty its products whose warranty till July 31.
Realme said, “whose products warranty is expiring from 1st May to 30th June 2021, this will come under the new warranty period.”
According to the announcement by the company on Twitter, where the brand said that it is being done keeping in mind the safety of its users. “In these difficult times, we have decided to take a step towards the safety of our users. We would like to announce warranty extension till 31st July on all #realme products whose warranty is expiring from 1st May – 30th June 2021.”

The other two BBK-owned smartphone brands in India – Oppo, and Vivo have recently announced the extension of the warranty of their products.
While Vivo announced a 30-day extension on its products, Oppo announced the extension of the repair warranty of all of its products until June 30, 2021.
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has also announced that it is extending the warranty for its smartphones by two months.
The country is presently dealing with the second wave of Covid-19 and in order to control the situation, state governments have imposed a lockdown. In order to help the customers in this situation, these smartphone makers have extended the warranty period for their smartphones.
