Ravi Teja’s Ramarao On Duty gets postponed, new release date to be out soon

Tollywood star Ravi Teja’s much-awaited film ‘Ramarao On Duty’ has been postponed once again due to extensive post-production work. Directed by Sarath Mandava, the film was earlier slated to release on June 17. While the new release date has not been revealed, the makers said they will share the update soon.

The official Twitter page of Ramarao On Duty’s production house, RT Team Works, took to Twitter to share a note regarding the same. “To bring the best and the massiest output on the big screens, the post-production of #RamaRaoOnDuty is being done with extra efforts and care. Hence, the release of #RamaRaoOnDuty stands postponed and would not be released on June 17th. A new release date will be announced soon,” read the note.

As per the report, Ravi Teja will be seen playing the role of a deputy collector named Ramarao in the upcoming film, ‘Ramarao on Duty’. Divyansha Koushik and Rajisha Vijayan have been roped in to play the female leads in the film. Venu Thottempudi, Nasser, Sr Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, John Vijay, Rahul Rama Krishna, Madhu Sudan Rao, and Tanikella Bharani will also play significant roles in the action drama. The film is produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas and RT Team Works.
