Ranveer Singh shares new poster of 83, Trailer to be out Tomorrow

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh shared an exciting new update about his upcoming film, 83. Sharing a new poster of the film, he wrote that its trailer will release tomorrow, November 30. The actor essays the role of cricket legend Kapil Dev in 83, which is based on the Indian cricket team’s historic 1983 World Cup win.

Recently, sharing a teaser of 83, Ranveer announced that the film will release in theatres on December 24. Now, the actor has announced when the much-awaited trailer of the film will drop. He shared a quote by Kapil Dev about how his mother pushed him to win since childhood.

Ranveer wrote, “Bachpan se meri mumma mujhe sirf ek hee cheez kehti aayi hai – Beta jeet ke aana, koi best of shest of luck nahi. Bas jeet ke aana.’ – Kapil Dev, 1983 (sic).”

Directed by Kabir Khan, Ranveer Singh essays the role of Kapil Dev. Deepika Padukone essays the role of Kapil Dev’s wife, Romi Bhatia, in the film. ’83’ also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Saqib Saleem, and Tahir Raj Bhasin, among others. It is scheduled to release in theatres on December 24, 2021.
