Ranju Ki Betiyaan – Introducing Ranju and her daughters

Mumbai: In the city of Muzaffarpur, Bihar like any other family lives Ranju Mishra. While dusting she finds an old photo frame of her husband Guudu Mishra. Ranju recalls him leaving her, saying that marrying her was a mistake, and goes to live with his second wife.

In the present, Muskan and Tia are going back home from school where suddenly Gullu, a boy from the neighborhood, teases Muskan. Bulbul sees this and punches Gullu. After they reach home, Gullu’s mother comes inside and shouts at Ranju on Bulbul’s behavior. She insults Ranju and says this is how a woman left by her husband raises her daughters and teaches them to beat other kids. Meanwhile, after dropping her mother Ranju to the center, Shalu goes to buy materials for Pooja where sees an unknown person following her and taking her pictures. Shalu gets worried and quickly finishes her work and goes to pick up her mother.
