Ramya Krishnan begins shooting for Queen Season 2
Veteran actress Ramya Krishnan made her digital debut with Gautham Menon and Prasath Murugesan’s ‘Queen’, which is streaming on MX Player. Almost three years later, the actress resumed the shooting of the show’s second season. She took to Instagram to share a series of pictures from the shooting spot.
On May 30, Ramya Krishnan took to Instagram to drop a series of pictures from the sets of her upcoming series, ‘Queen’. She has resumed the shooting of Queen Season 2. “Yes yes yes…(sic),” she captioned the post with folded hands and heart emojis.

‘Queen’ is a web series based on a novel of the same name, written by Anita Sivakumaran. The series, consisting of 11 episodes, was directed by Gaytham Menon and Prasath Murugesan. Ramya Krishnan essays the role of Shakthi Seshadri, a school topper who goes on to become a sought-after heroine. She gets pushed into politics later in her life.
As per the report, the announcement regarding the release of ‘Queen Season 2’ will be out very soon.
