Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’ teaser out; film to release on January 26

The makers of ‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’ finally unveiled the teaser of the upcoming film on Monday, January 2. Directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, the film has been listed as one of the most-awaited projects of 2023. The film revolves around a fictional world in which Mahatma Gandhi survives an assassination attempt and later meets Nathuram Godse in prison. The role of Mahatma Gandhi is played by the very talented Deepak Antani, while Chinmay Mandlekar will be seen playing Nathuram Godse in the movie.

The official Twitter handle of PVR Pictures shared the teaser of ‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’ and wrote, “Teaser out now! This Republic Day, watch #GandhiGodseEkYudh, in cinemas near you on 26th January 2023! (sic).”

‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’, written by Asghar Wajahat and Rajkumar Santoshi, marks Rajkumar Santoshi’s return to the silver screen after nine years. The movie also features debutants Tanisha Santoshi and Anuj Saini.

The film is presented by Santoshi Productions LLP Presents A PVR Pictures. It is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, and the music is given by A.R. Rahman and produced by Manila Santoshi.

‘Gandhi Godse Ek Yudh’ is scheduled to hit theatres on January 26, 2023.
