Paytm outage: Company resolved the problem after getting complains
Indian Digital payment platform Paytm briefly went down earlier today for many users. Affected users reported not being able to log in to the Paytm app and website, and were left unable to make payments. Users trying to make payments were automatically logged out and were left unable to log back in. Paytm has now fixed the issue, and users can easily log in again using their credentials.
Paytm soon officially confirmed that there was a ‘Network error’ with the app via a tweet, and stated that the team was working on fixing the issue. Check out the tweet below.

However, the company taking the necessary step on this matter as soon as possible and fixing the problem.

After successfully resolving the problem Paytm tweeted, “We regret the inconvenience caused to our valued users this morning due to unprecedented external network issues. Thanks to our engineering teams’ swift actions, we were able to get systems up again in a short time. We’d like to help you all individually (sic).”
According to the outage tracking website downdetector, the website got 611 reports from users that the app was not operating. The downdetector shows a significant surge between 9 AM and 10 AM when Paytm experienced the most problems. Affected areas included major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, among others.
