Parineeti Chopra misses Sushant Singh Rajput and Rishi Kapoor on 8 years of ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’

The romantic-comedy film ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ clocked eight years of its release on Monday. Actors Parineeti Chopra is missing her Shuddh Desi Romance co-stars, Sushant Singh Rajput and Rishi Kapoor. The actress shared a special video featuring Behind-The-Scene (BTS) clips from the sets of the Maneesh Sharma-directorial venture.

Sushant played the lead role opposite Parineeti in the Maneesh Sharma-directorial film. Rishi Kapoor played a pivotal role in the film. Sharing a BTS clip from the sets of the film, Parineeti wrote, “Miss you Sush. Miss you Rishi sir. Remembering you today.. (sic).”

In the film ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ Sushant played the role of a tourist guide who gets cold feet before his arranged wedding to Tara (Vaani Kapoor). He falls in love with Gayatri (Parineeti) while debating the idea of marriage. The couple then explores the idea of a live-in relationship.

Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020, and Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14, 2020.

Meanwhile, speaking on the work front, Parineeti Chopra will be next seen featuring opposite Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Animal’ and an untitled film with Ribhu Dasgupta.
