Odisha Govt launches career portal for students in collaboration with UNICEF
The Department of School and Mass Education, Govt of Odisha in collaboration with UNICEF has launched a career portal for Secondary and HS students.
According to the report, this portal will help the students to assist them with skilled recommendations on their future careers.
The portal will present quick access to data on completely different careers and can give college students a chance to work together with lecturers. Students will also be able to access career guidance services through a mobile-friendly app created specifically for the portal.
The Odisha Career guidance portal is available in Odia. It is a unique platform that aggregates information on careers, colleges, vocational institutes, entrance exams, and scholarships.
The portal can be accessed through the website www.odishacareerportal.com with the student login ID and password.
The portal consists of data on greater than 550 professional paths and college students will be capable of entry greater than 2,62,000 faculties and vocational institutes with the data on 17,000 plus undergraduate, postgraduate faculties, and vocational institutes within the State and nation. Detailed data relating to 1,150 entrance exams together with the software process is given. Info can be obtainable on greater than 1,120 scholarships, competitions, and fellowships for larger training in India and overseas.
