NSS pledged to plant 1000 plants in 10 cities on this World Environment Day through “OxyGreen” Mission
Mumbai: With our motive of nurturing our nature with a green future Narayan Seva Sansthan came up with a unique initiative “OxyGreen” a Mission towards protection, conservation, and betterment of Mother Nature and Humanity. The sole objective is to create a greener and better world for present and future generations. NSS under “OxyGreen” Mission will be planting 1000 plants in 10 different cities. By doing small gestures, NGOs is aiming for a healthy environment to fight against Greenhouse gases to reduce Climate change.
On the theme of World Environment Day, “Ecosystem Restoration” by planting 1000 plants in Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Meerut, Parbhani, Agra, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Ambala can recover ecosystems to eradicate burdens on the environment.
Prashant Agarwal, President, Narayan Seva Sansthan said, “On World Environment Day, our sole responsibility is to encourage the youth to cultivate your own indoor or outdoor garden and connect with the wonder- our Mother Nature. As to conserve energy, and keep our environment clean, we aimed at planting trees to increase natural oxygen in the atmosphere. While humanity has a massive mission ahead and not much time to do it – we need children and young people all around the world who are taking action to come forward to preserve the environment for our future generations and ensure a greener and better future.”
In this campaign, donors and volunteers of the city will help NSS in accomplishing the plantation. Also, 1000 Plants will be delivered by the NSS team to the city to the concerned donors and the same will be planted by them in their cities.
