Moto G51 5G smartphone tipped to launch in India on December 10

Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G51 5G in India very soon. As per the tipster, Mukul Sharma, the Moto G51 5G will launch in India on December 10. The tipster further claims that the device will have 12 5G bands in India and will feature the Snapdragon 480+ SoC. However, Motorola is yet to reveal the launch date officially.

Moto G51 5G specifications and features (expected):

The Moto G51 5G sports a 6.8-inch full HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Max Vision display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 480+ 5G SoC which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

As far as optics are concerned, the handset has a triple camera setup at the back. It is comprised of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies and video chats, the phone carries a 13-megapixel camera at the front.

In terms of battery, the phone is fueled by a decent 5000mAh battery with the support of 10W fast charging. For the connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G SA/ NSA, 4G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.

Last week, Motorola expanded the range of Moto G phones in India by launching the Moto G31 at a starting price of Rs. 12,999. The budget phone comes with triple rear cameras and includes an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.

As for the pricing, it is being rumored that the Moto G51 5G will be priced around ₹19,999. Globally, the device was launched at EUR 229.99 which is around Rs 19,600.
