Minnal Murali trailer out: Tovino Thomas plays a quirky superhero
The streaming giant Netflix India South on Thursday released the trailer of Tovino Thomas’ upcoming movie Minnal Murali. The film’s cast also includes Guru Somasundaram, Harisree Ashokan, and Aju Varghese. The film is directed by Basil Joseph.
Tovino Thomas plays the role of the fastest man alive on Earth in Minnal Murali. Set in the 90s, the film’s trailer shows how he goes from being an ordinary man to a superhero after he gets struck by lightning. Once he discovers his speed and superhuman strength, he decides to fight evil and help save the world.
Releasing the electrifying teaser, Netflix India South tweeted, “Playing this trailer at 0.05x speed, to try and keep up with Minnal Murali Arriving 24th December. #MinnalMurali (sic).”

Minnal Murali is set to premiere on Netflix on December 24. In addition to Malayalam, the film will also premiere in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
