Microsoft Teams is down for thousands of users, the company investigating the outage
Microsoft Corp’s messaging application MS Teams was down for thousands of users on Thursday, according to an outage tracking website.
Satya Nadella headed the tech giant addressed the issue and said they are investigating the matter. However, the company hasn’t revealed the reason behind the outage yet. As per the report, more than 4,800 incidents of people reporting issues with Microsoft Teams at about 10pm ET/ 7:30am IST, according to Downdetector.com.
The web monitoring firm also showed there were more than 150 incidents of people reporting issues with Microsoft Office 365.

Recently the company tweeted that they are trying to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Other big technology companies have also been hit by outages in the past year, with a near six-hour disruption at Meta Platforms keeping WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger out of reach for billions of users last October.
