Makers share intriguing teaser of Vidya Balan’s ‘Sherni’, trailer to release on June 2
The makers today (31, May 2021) have dropped the much-awaited teaser of Vidya Balan’s upcoming film ‘Sherni’. Directed by Amit Masurkar and written by Aastha Tiku, the film has Vidya playing the role of an IFS (Indian Forest Service) officer.
Taking to her social media, Vidya Balan today has shared the teaser. She wrote, “A tigress always knows the way! Ready to hear the #Sherni roar? Here’s the Official Teaser. Trailer out, June 2. Meet #SherniOnPrime, June 2021 @PrimeVideoIN (sic).”

In the 20-seconds-long intriguing teaser, Vidya is seen strolling in a dense jungle with her team.
The teaser comes as a surprise to all the Vidya Balan fans who were waiting to see her performance after almost a year. The teaser has left the audiences even more excited for the trailer, which will release on June 2. Alongside Vidya Balan the films also stars, Vijay Raaz, Neeraj Kabi, Ila Arun, Sharat Saxena, Brijendra Kala, and others.
‘Sherni’ will exclusively release in June 2021 on Amazon Prime Video.
