Keerthy Suresh starrer ‘Saani Kaayidham’ trailer out, to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 6

Amazon Prime Video on Tuesday unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Tamil revenge action-drama ‘Saani Kaayidham’. Written and directed by Arun Matheswaran, the film stars Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan in the lead roles.

The trailer opens with a cop grilling serial killers Ponni and Sangaiah, played by Keerthy and Selvaraghavan. These killers are ruthless, and seemingly no amount of blood can quench their thirst for violence. Ponni and Sangaiah come from humble backgrounds. They were working-class people before they turned into killers. Sangaiah delivered gas cylinders for a living, while Ponni served as a constable in the police force.

Sharing the trailer of the film, Keerthy Suresh wrote on Twitter, “The one that we’ve been waiting for so long to present to you all !! Here’s #SaaniKaayidhamTrailer, from our hearts to yours Hope you all like the glimpse of Sangaiyyah and Ponni. #SaaniKaayidhamOnPrime, May 6 @primevideoin (sic).”

The film is backed by Seven Screen Entertainment, Yuvan Shankar Raja has rendered the background score for the movie. Yamini Yagnamurth has cranked the camera and editing has been done by Nagooran.

The film is all set to premiere directly on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video from 6 May this year.
