iQOO Neo 7 5G is confirmed to launch in India on February 16; check the details

Chinese smartphone brand iQOO is all set to launch its latest mid-range smartphone Neo 7 5G in India on February 16. The smartphone is expected to come with a high refresh rate AMOLED display and MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 chipset.

The company on Monday announced on Twitter that it has partnered with the e-commerce platform Amazon India for the sale of iQOO Neo 7 5G.

“We heard you and we’ve got BIG NEWS! The #iQOONeo7 is set to launch on Feb 16th only on @amazonIN. Don’t forget to save the date to be among the first to own it,” iQOO India tweeted confirming the launch of the upcoming smartphone.

iQOO Neo 7 5G specifications (expected):

The iQOO Neo 7 5G was launched in China last year. We expected the Indian variant would be similar to the Chinese variant. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. It may have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of optics, the device is likely to have a triple-camera set-up on the back, featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, it would feature a 16MP selfie camera.

It would be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
