India vs Australia Warm-Up Match: India beat Australia by six runs
Team India clinched a last-over thriller against Australia by 6 runs in the warm-up match in Brisbane.
Chasing 187 to win, Australia were off to a great start as Australia captain Aaron Finch gained form, smacking 76 runs off 54 balls with 7 fours and 3 sixes. Mitchell Marsh, opening the innings, scored 35 runs off 18 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes. However, the Australian batting started faltering after it. Number 3 and number 4 batters Steven Smith scored 11 runs and Glenn Maxwell scored 23 runs. After that, none of the batters were able to cross the double-digit mark as Australia were bundled to 180/10 in 20 overs.

For India, Mohammad Shami grabbed 3 wickets in the only over bowled while Bhuvneshwar Kumar grabbed 2 wickets. Arshdeep Singh, Harshal Patel, and Yuzvendra Chahal managed 1 wicket each.
Before the match, Australia captain Aaron Finch won the toss and opted to field first against India in the T20 World Cup 2022 warm-up match.
In the first innings, Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul’s fifty take India to a good total of 186/7 in a warm-up match against Australia at the Gabba, Brisbane.
For Australia, Kane Richardson impressed his team with the four-wicket haul. Apart from Kane, Starc, Maxwell, and Ashton Agar got one wicket each.
