India stands with Austria: PM Modi tweets condolences over terror attacks in Vienna
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed shocked by the dastardly terror attacks in Vienna. He also said India stands with Austria in this tragic time.
According to government officials, the attack began at about 8 pm (19:00 GMT) on Monday, when multiple gunmen opened fire in central Vienna on Monday night, killing at least two people and wounded many others in six different locations.
Taking to Twitter, PM Modi said, “Deeply shocked and saddened by the dastardly terror attacks in Vienna. India stands with Austria during this tragic time. My thoughts are with the victims and their families.”
