“We hope that one more murderer of Bangabandhu will be brought back to the country and tried in ‘Mujibborsho’ (the year of Mujib),” the Minister added.

Meanwhile, Momen also said that four Bangladeshis were killed in the two explosions in the Beirut port earlier this week.

He said discussions were underway to bring the bodies back to Bangladesh, but currently there were no direct flights from Beirut to Dhaka.

On the directives of the Prime Minister, the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry has made arrangements to send a flight with dry food including rice, biscuits, and noodles, to the Lebanese capital.
