Google Meet is now supporting 2M new users every day, Sundar Pichai Tweeted

Google CEO Sundar Pichai Tweeted on Friday that Google Meet, which is G Suit’s video conferencing solution, is currently supporting over 2 million users each day.

In this pandemic situation, companies are forced to shut down their offices, and employees are forced to adopt the work from home system. To perform the regular office work, the meeting is crucial, and here Google Meet playing a significant role.
According to a blog post of Google Cloud, people are sharing 2 billion minutes of video streaming together on Google Meet every day.
According to them, Google made advanced Google Meet video-conferencing capabilities available to all G Suite and G Suite for Education customers at no cost. To support businesses, students and educators, doctors, patients, institutions in this pandemic situation Google have extended the availability of this advanced Google Meet video-conferencing till September 30, 2020.
